Take confidential Medical Staff survey on wellness, stress

Dear Colleague,

We invite you to participate in an IRB-approved (exempt status), anonymous survey regarding wellness, stress and burnout among employed physicians, nurse practitioners and other medical staff members at Akron Children’s Hospital. Your participation is entirely voluntary and your responses are completely anonymous. We will not know whether you responded or not, nor will we be able to connect answers to any particular individual. We anticipate the survey will take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

The purpose of this survey is to investigate the rates of burnout in Akron Children’s medical providers and identify what factors may increase or decrease stress and burnout in the workplace.  Our ultimate goal is to promote changes to prevent burnout in all of our medical providers.

Your participation or non-participation in this survey will not have any effect on your employment status. Your responses are completely anonymous.

Clicking the SURVEY link below indicates your consent to participate in this voluntary study.
